baj365 Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to the use of the baj365 platform and all its services. baj365 is an online gaming and betting service provider operating for users in Bangladesh. The term "platform" used in this document refers to the baj365 website, mobile version, and all associated digital services.

This agreement will be interpreted and enforced in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. In the event of any dispute, both parties will first attempt to resolve it through friendly discussion. If no resolution is reached through discussion, the matter will be settled through the appropriate legal process.

baj365 reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will take effect as soon as they are published, and continued use of the platform will be considered acceptance of the revised terms.

The following requirements must be met to open an account and use services on baj365:

• You must be 21 (twenty-one) years of age or older — "for 21+ only".
• You must be a capable individual and register of your own free will.
• One person may operate only one account. Opening more than one account under the same person's name is strictly prohibited.
• All information provided at the time of registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete.
• baj365 reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) documents at any time. If the required documents are not provided, the account may be temporarily suspended.

2.1 Accuracy of Information

The user is responsible for providing their name, date of birth, mobile number, and payment-related information correctly. If an account is registered with false information, baj365 may close that account immediately and any balance in that account may be forfeited.

2.2 Account Transfer Prohibited

Transferring, selling, or allowing another person to use any account is strictly prohibited. Each account is entirely personal and non-transferable.

The user is obligated to keep their login information (username and password) completely confidential. baj365 will not be responsible if this information is shared with someone else or if the account is used without authorization.

• If you notice any unauthorized access to your account, inform our support team immediately.
• Use a strong password and change it regularly.
• Do not forget to end your session after logging in from a public or shared device.
• baj365 will never ask for your password by email or phone.

All financial transactions on baj365 are completed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). The platform's financial rules are stated below.

4.1 Deposit Rules

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 (five hundred taka).
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer.
• Funds will be credited to the account only after the deposit is successfully processed.
• If a deposit fails, the funds will be returned according to the policy of the relevant payment provider.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500 (five hundred taka).
• Standard withdrawal processing time: 5–30 minutes.
• Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before a withdrawal request is processed.
• Withdrawals can only be made using the same method used to deposit funds into the account.
• The relevant amount cannot be withdrawn if bonus wagering requirements have not been met.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering

baj365 strictly follows Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policies. If a suspicious transaction is identified, the relevant account will be temporarily suspended for investigation and additional information may be requested.

baj365 offers bonuses and promotional offers from time to time. All offers are subject to specific terms.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

• New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000.
• Example: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳2,000 bonus, for a total balance of ৳3,000.
• Example: Deposit ৳22,000 and receive ৳20,000 bonus, for a total balance of ৳42,000.
• The bonus amount must be wagered 20 times (20x) before the bonus can be withdrawn.
• The period for meeting wagering requirements will be specified in the terms of each promotion.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer may be used only once per account.
• Using multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses is strictly prohibited.
• baj365 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer without prior notice.
• If conditions are not met within the specified time, the bonus balance will be cancelled.

All games and betting activities on baj365 are conducted under the following rules:

6.1 Placing Bets

• A bet that has been confirmed once cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If a bet is cancelled due to a technical error, the relevant amount will be refunded.
• Each game has its own minimum and maximum bet amounts.

6.2 Sports Betting

• In sports betting, if an event is postponed or cancelled, the relevant bet amount will be refunded.
• Betting on cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup), football (including the FIFA World Cup), and other sporting events will be settled according to the applicable rules.
• baj365 will not be liable if an internet connection is lost during live betting.

6.3 Casino Games

• All casino games (slots, live casino, fishing games, etc.) are operated using a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) system.
• Game results are completely impartial and not predetermined.
• If any technical issue occurs during a gaming session, notify the support team.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the baj365 platform. Violating these rules may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of the relevant balance:

• Abusing bonuses or promotions by creating multiple accounts.
• Playing games using bots, scripts, or automated software.
• Attempting to control outcomes in collusion with other users (Collusion).
• Any attempt to hack or gain unauthorized access to the platform's software or systems.
• Using the platform for money laundering or suspicious financial activities.
• Misconduct, threats, or harassment toward other users.
• Operating an account under a false identity.
• Operating an account on behalf of anyone under 21 years of age.

baj365 firmly believes in responsible gaming. We want all users to enjoy gaming as a recreational activity, not as a source of addiction.

• Users can set daily or weekly deposit limits on their accounts.
• A self-exclusion feature is available to take a temporary or permanent break if needed.
• If signs of addiction appear, contact our support team.
• Betting or gaming on behalf of anyone under 21 years of age is strictly prohibited.

All content on the baj365 platform — logos, graphics, text, software, designs, and other materials — is the exclusive property of baj365 and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

• Copying, distributing, or commercially using any content from the platform without written permission is prohibited.
• Limited use for personal, non-commercial purposes is permitted.
• Content from third-party game providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI, PG Soft, Spribe, etc.) is separately protected by their own intellectual property laws.

baj365 will not be liable for any loss in the following circumstances:

• If a game or bet is disrupted due to an internet connection failure or an issue with the user's device.
• If a transaction is delayed or fails due to a system failure on the part of a third-party payment provider.
• If loss occurs as a result of the user sharing their own login information with someone else.
• Force Majeure circumstances — if services are disrupted due to natural disasters, government directives, cyberattacks, etc.
• For loss arising from the user's violation of these terms and conditions.

In the event of any dispute, baj365's maximum liability will be limited to the original amount of the relevant transaction.

baj365 reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• If any provision of these terms and conditions is violated.
• If documents requested for identity verification are not provided within the specified time.
• If suspicious activity or signs of fraud are found on the account.
• If the user requests it themselves.
• In accordance with instructions from a regulatory or law enforcement authority.

11.1 Balance Settlement

If an account is closed and no evidence of a breach of terms and conditions is found, the valid real balance will be settled. In proven cases of fraud, all balances may be forfeited.
